Based in Colchester, I help service business owners put AI and automation to practical use, with a particular focus on construction and the trades. We look at how you work, identify the right systems and connect them around your enquiries, quotes, bookings and everyday admin.
You deal with me from our first conversation onwards, with clear explanations of what I’m doing and how it helps your business.

Before we start, we agree what I’ll look after, what it costs and what I’ll need from you. You’ll know what’s included and who’s responsible for what.
I set up the systems and keep them running. That means checking the details that matter day to day: whether enquiries get a reply, bookings reach your diary and follow-ups go out when they should.
We start with what your business needs. If that’s a website and help with reviews, we start there. If you need enquiry management too, we build around that. I also offer ad creation and management for an additional fee, quoted separately, when you want more work and have room to take it on.
Based in Colchester. Working beyond it.
I’m focusing on businesses across Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk for now, but you don’t need to be local to work with me. Wherever you’re based, get in touch.
Straight answers from the start.
- You deal directly with me. I build your agreed system, look after the ongoing work and explain what needs attention.
- I’ll tell you if the service doesn’t make sense for you. We’ll look at what you need, what your typical jobs are worth and whether the cost is justified.
- Your business assets stay yours. Your website, domain, supplied photos and content, and Google profile and reviews remain yours if you leave. We agree the practical hosting and handover arrangements with you.
- You’ll know what’s happening. I’ll explain what I’ve worked on, what the available figures show and what needs attention.
