Website & Reputation

Help customers choose you. Take the upkeep off your hands.

Show customers what you do, build trust through reviews and make it easy to enquire. I handle your website updates, review replies and review requests, so you can spend that time running your business.

The evidence

They judge it before they read it.

Three findings, with the studies they came from, so you can go and check them yourself.

A first impression in 50 milliseconds.

People rated a homepage’s visual appeal after seeing it for just 50 milliseconds. Their ratings were consistent with longer viewing times.

A study of visual first impressions, not buying decisions.

46.1% of credibility comments mentioned design.

In a study involving 2,684 people, visual design appeared in 46.1% of comments about website credibility. It was the most frequently mentioned factor.

That is a share of comments, not an increase in sales.

These studies explain why first impressions and enquiry handling deserve attention. They do not tell us how much more your business will sell.

How it works

Get it sorted. Keep it sorted.

1. We look at what you need.

Already have a website? We decide whether it needs updating, replacing or simply looking after.

2. You know what you’re getting.

We agree the work and price before you commit. If you need a new website, you see a preview before paying.

3. I take care of the ongoing work.

Website updates, review replies and review requests. New form enquiries get an automatic text acknowledgement, so customers know their message arrived.

What it costs

Website management and reviews. £195 a month.

Try review management free for 14 days. We agree the review replies, customer requests and profile updates before starting. The trial starts when the agreed review service is ready. You can also see a preview of your new or updated website. Your customers decide whether to leave a review; no review count or new work is guaranteed. If you choose to continue, the standard price is £195 a month, with no setup fee. Any completed profile updates and published reviews remain if you stop; the website preview is not a free live website or ongoing hosting.

Website & Reputation is £195 a month, with no setup fee. Website management, routine changes and service pages, an instant text acknowledgement for new form enquiries, and Google profile and review management. For AI reception, booking, chatbots and enquiry or quote follow-up, choose Cold to Closed from £495 a month.

If I build your site, hosting is included during your service. Agree the hosting and handover arrangements with me if you leave. If I manage a site you already own, it stays on your hosting and any existing hosting or domain bills remain yours.

You see a new-site preview before payment. The first paid month is taken when we sign the paid-service agreement; if the agreed service is not live within 14 days for a reason at my end, I refund that month.

The website is yours to keep. Whether I build it or manage one you already have, it belongs to you. If you leave, you keep it. The monthly fee pays for the ongoing service.

Your business assets stay yours too. Your domain name, supplied photos and content, and Google profile and reviews remain yours if you leave.

Rolling monthly, with 14 days’ notice. No minimum term or exit fee. Your service continues for 14 days after you give notice. Any days you’ve paid for beyond that notice period are refunded.

Management means management. Your initial website build or replacement is included. So are normal updates, new pages and ongoing improvements. If you later want a complete redesign or a second website, I’ll quote that separately and agree the price with you before starting.

Already got one?

Then I'll look after that one instead.

The £195 isn't to build you a website. It's to look after one. If you've already got a site you're happy with, that's the one I look after, and the price is the same.

So the question I'll ask is simply: do you want this rebuilt, updated, or left alone and just managed? Any of the three is a fine answer. Plenty of trade websites are perfectly good and just sit there untouched for two years, which is a different problem from a bad one.

And it stays yours. Managing your website does not change who owns it. The same applies if I build you a new one: it is yours to keep, even if you leave.

One honest caveat. If I can't get proper access to it, or it's built on something I don't work in, or it's in such a state that looking after it really means rebuilding it, I'll tell you. Then it's a new one or nothing, rather than me quietly charging you to manage something I can't manage.

Changing your mind

Your website stays yours.

Stay because the service helps your business. You can cancel with 14 days’ notice, with no minimum term or exit fee. I keep the service running during those 14 days and refund anything you’ve paid for beyond them.

Your website stays yours, whether I built it or you already had it. No buyout fee.
